I follow this shoe store called Rothy's on Facebook. One day I saw an ad that said Rothys was on sale, this brand never goes on sale, so I clicked the link and since the link was through facebook we can't see the webaddress etc. The page looks exactly right Rothy's and the purchase process is exactly like it as well. Once I placed my order I was expecting an email from Rothy's about my order, but instead it was from newshoeclub who provided a customer service number which when called goes to a voicemail in Asia.

I contacted them and asked them to cancel my order and instead of canceling my order they posted a charge to my credit card number and sent me a fake tracking number. When I went to the tracking number it says the item is being shipped from China and the destination is unknown and gives a web error.

I will reach out to my credit card company and start a dispute for this transaction. I have attached a link to the document proving this company being false and is selling contraband stuff.
