I was called by this company and they stated that I would be receiving a package at my house with a court summons for a personal cash advance / Payday loan. They had all of my information and wanted me to verify it all. I contacted Transunion and put a fraud alert on my account.  Due to this above company stating that back in 2013 someone took a loan out in my name and they needed me to verify so they could validate my package and make payment arrangements. I have googled the company and their is no such place that I can find. I did also file a police report regarding this matter. I was told to report this company to the BBB. Please all be aware of this scam. They also stated the package would be delivered to my door between the hours of 8-9 and still nothing.
