HELLO I ORDER TWO DIFFERENT TIMES FROM YOU ALL AND THEY SAY MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER GOT IT AND IT SAYS THEY LEFT IT IN THE MAIL ROOM WE DON’T HAVE ONE THAT DOOR IS FOR PEOPLE TO WALK IN AND OUT OF THIS BUILDING AND THEN YALL EMAIL ME BACK AND SAID THAT I WILL GET A DIFFERENT TRACKING NUMBER AND I STLL HAVENT GOTTEN IT YET SO DID YALL JUST SCAME ME AND THEN TWICE.

I ordered and paid for several clothing items. I rec'd an email stating the items were delivered but they were not. The tracking number given to me is: ZXXXXXXXXXX I have contacted them many times requesting a refund and they state they will refund but I haven't rec'd my refund. I have all of the emails from they indicating they will refund my total purchase price. They initially tried offering me a 50% refund, then a 40%, etc. but I kept refusing. They finally agreed to a 100% refund.
