The office here scheduled me for Surgery in January back in the beginning of October. I paid 2 installments of $2225 as part of a payment plan for Surgery. I made one payment at the end of October and one payment at the end of November. I went in to the office to meet with my surgeon at the beginning of January and the office had been abandoned. Dr Gloria Thomas and her office Manager Christopher collected my money knowing that they would be closed or were already closed. Online complaints suggest they have been closed since the end of October. The last time I spoke with the office manager he suggested that I file a complaint with my bank to try and get my money back and said that he would approve it when he received it. He had not answered the phone since and the bank cannot reach New Image.
