The website is a fake website that tricks users into putting an order in and requesting users paypal using friends and family payment type to save money and get a product at a discount:

Please avoid using this website - See the checkout screen asking for prospective victims to paypal with friends and family...or cash app. The scammer changes the paypal email frequently to avoid paypal detecting or blocking them. The website seems to allow you to create an account and order, but you can put a invalid address and it will save and 'process the order'. In the end you will not get your product and will have no recourse to get your money back due to use of friends and family payment.

Please avoid this scam.
