I purchased a drone on their website to use for my hobby after my old one broke down and was worn out, and I received it with damages on the drone and the headset. I immediately contacted them and they said that I am not eligible for a return or even a replacement because they are accusing me of insurance fraud. They obviously don't even understand what insurance fraud is, since I have no gain out of this whatsoever and that I even requested to return the damaged product for a refund/replacement. They have a scam policy on their website that even states that any product opened no matter defective/damaged/even unused will not be allowed to return/refund, even if it is within their 30 day window. They are not taking any credit for a defective product and expect the consumer to take the loss on a broken product. Videos and even a live video call was offered by me to show them the damages and they denied it and told me to deal with it.
