Free Medicare Kit promised AFTER taking a CVS survey--just pay the shipping totaling $14.77, but then on the receipt (screen shot) says Your order id is #308875 and it said "Your entry/month plan has been confirmed. Keep a lookout in your inbox for your credentials to login to the number one Bookstore App as part of your entry: EPIC Reads Online. Your order id is: #308875" - After a week and no follow-up email and no Medicare Kit received, I knew I had been deceived. Tried to find them online to cancel whatever I had inadvertently signed up for, but was unsuccessful.
