Just received a personal email from someone named Sam. I Have never order anything from newyorktshirtcompany.com I don’t remember ever going on that website. I have no idea what they are talking about. People really should get a life. I’m so sick of scammers. Go find a job and work like everyone else.

I placed my order May 16th 2021 in hopes of receiving before or by birthday in June. It is now August and have yet to receive my order. When I email they respond that they are short staffed, have manufacturing issues and flooded with too many orders. Do not order from this company!

I placed a order on June 17, 2021 and still have not received it, I contacted through email and the response was they were having a factory problem. I then asked to cancel my order and was told I couldn’t cancel and no refunds will be issued.

This is my second experience with this company and this time I keep getting the run around to get my money back from them. They advertise clothing at a reasonable price, after placed the order and received confirmation they no longer respond. I contacted them regarding my order which was placed on 11/25/20 after contacted the company about Shipping i received a fake shipping info which is yet to be shipped. I again contacted them to refund my money as today is 12/10/20 and they are not responding.

New York Shirt Company reaches out to individuals via social media platforms. They solicit such items such as the "birthday/astrological" T-shirts, which is what I ended up purchasing the second week of September. My hope was that I would receive my purchase prior to my birthday in October. I made my purchase and received a Thank you email; however, I never received an "order #" or "your shipment is on it's way" email. Nor have I received any of the later emails to date. The "thank you" email did have a "support" phone number listed, however, I called this number and I got a vm. To date, I have not received my merchandise.
