Brad Lie berm said he was an attorney and that he was calling me because I had won 4.4million dollars that was sitting in a federal bank in San Francisco and that they had been trying to get a hold of me for the last 9 months. They said I had a year to get a hold of them so I could claim the money. He had me talk to Mike kennedy who phone number was 585 301-4636 to ask me questions as to how I wanted to collect the money. Mike suggested to me that I should get it all at once and have it sent to me in a certified check. They called me 4 days in a row bugging me. Yesterday was the last because Lie berm said that he was able to get a grant to pay for the money and all I would have to come up with was 1,900 to pay to have the money released. I said no to him and hung up the phone. They look logit because they online show as having a license in New york. They are not and very good scam people who commit fraud. I talked to publishers clearing house and ask them if they had any business working for them and they said no. They also said that they come to the house if we win in their sweepstakes. These people are fraud and should be looked into for scamming.

I answered a call on my home phone yesterday. It was a live person. Stated he was an attorney with a bank of attorneys. Jeffrey Joseph Nelson. He gave a bar number. Calling from Albany NY with the New York Gaming Commission Division of Lottery and Sweepstakes. He said I won $10 million. $10,000 a week for life. He said I am responsible for paying the taxes and transfer fee. I asked the amount. He said between $2200 to $2400. He said it is different from Publishers Clearing House. The money is wire transferred to any account I give him. I did not give any account numbers. I told him I had to set up an account. He is calling back today. His phone number is 585-785-4634 Ext 518. I called the number back. A lady answered Gaming Commission. She said we have a bank of lawyers here. Everything seemed so up and up. I did not hear any noise in the background like I usually hear on scam calls. I had also called the gaming commission in downtown New York. They do not handle lottery and sweepstakes.
