Saw the Vskin site on facebook, it is said that it is free trial, so we tried the free trial after that. they are trying to send me 2 products worth 89 and 92 dollars and charging me without my knowledge. base on my bank its still pending until May 18 2016. but I tried calling there customer service to stop it but they still charge me even the product hasnt sent to me. and they will not refund the whole amount. instead they said what i can get back is just the 35% of the combined amount. the fact that i did not received their product, it is still in their possession, they still charged me and not giving back the full refund. though the website I included here saying that every customer need to give back the free trial cream after 14 days and if not here anything from us, meaning we are authorizing them to send more packages and charges us. I did not see that info on the facebook page where I saw their free trial. I think this is still a fraud or scam. please do help us customers
