I received multiple ads for this company on Facebook (had never heard of them prior). I purchased a product on December 1st. It never arrived. I contacted the company multiple times and got strange answers regarding it and lies. I still have not been refunded. I asked others if they have heard of this company and none of my family/friends saw ads for this company or have heard of it. The company’s website is now gone.

I ordered boots on Dec 31, 2020 after not receiving the boots I asked for a refund and to cancel my order on Jan 10, 2021 to which I was told that I cant cancel my order because it was already shipped. It has been 5 weeks and I still have not received my boots ans they will not give me a refund.
