I was supposed to have the company move me yesterday. We scheduled this move two months ago for 7/26 and paid a $750 deposit. Yesterday they said they’re coming today 7/27 from 12 to 4pm. Today at 430pm we called and they said they’re coming tomorrow 7/28 9am-3pm. We have a cross country drive ahead of us and a new job to start on Monday. The customer service of this company is deplorable. This is unacceptable and they cannot allow people to rely on their company if they’re going to handle business this way.
The truth finally came out when we get a call from Smart Movers Logistics at 530pm tonight saying they’re coming tomorrow 8-10am. Then we get a message saying they’re coming 10am-12pm. They also said New Horizon Moving and Storage double books all their moves.
They’re affecting people’s livelihoods and causing unnecessary stress.
