I ordered a Legendary corduroy jacket from this company and they sent one that was not corduroy. I told them and they said to send a picture. I did and they said they could give me a discount, but would not pay for the return of the wrong item shipped. The item is still in the wrapper. I said I didn't want this particular jacket, and since it was their mistake would they pay for the return of the jacket and send the right one. They didn't respond initially, until I wrote them again and they said they would give a discount again. The emails have been going back and forth, and I was intending on going to the Federal Trade Commission, but wanted to give them the opportunity to respond. No response...so here it stands. I have a jacket that I don't want or feel it is my responsibility to pay for the return shipping.

I would love some assistance with this!!
