Natalie Chang is the contact person and their website looks legitimate. They require $1000 payment for the puppy and state that they will fly the puppy to an airport close to you and then have it delivered to your home. After sending the initial payment, they then say the money is not refundable and an additional $1800 security deposit/insurance is required or the dog is not able to be shipped. If this is not done immediately, the dog will not be put on the plane and you will not get a dog or your $1000 refund. Then when the dog was "en route", they requested additional payments...$250 for a shot and $900 for a carrier for the 2nd airplane. When I refused to send the money, they stopped answering texts and emails and are threatening to contact their lawyer. When I requested their lawyer's name, they said they would be in contact with me. Needless to say, that hasn't happened. The money was paid to them via Zelle. I have additional pictures from this website as well as a picture of the tracking/airline information
