He will quote you on the phone with a low price. Always calls it the "service fee", than jacks up the price once the technician arrives. If you try to back out he has the technician demand an $80 cancellation fee PLUS the service price. When I spoke to an actual retail Locksmith I was warned about his scam and was told it's a massive problem that the attorney general's office investigates around the USA. This man when customers say they will report him to the ScamPulse.com will try to pay the person to stay quiet.
