My preference is to support reliable local businesses. However, I had a very strange experience trying to contact New England Flooring Solutions. One phone number was continuously busy. The other phone number directs you to cylex, which is apparently a business platform with lots of ads. I really questioned if I was being scammed. I had to do a booking fee of 65 cents- on my credit card. I had to listen and respond to ads for 20 minutes. No representative from the company appeared for the booking. When I went on the website to get additional information, for this report today, it seemed that I got re-directed to a couple sketchy sites.
