Goggle Ellen DeGeneres and New Brilliance ..find the post on Ellen leaving show to promote this Amazing skin care products....also did same EXACT post using Kelly Rippa offered a free product eye serum you pay 4.00 and some change for Shipping and handling..and for another 4dollars and change you get moisturizer. I bit like a starving fish..line and sinker. Got the items 3 weeks ago. Today my bank has a pending amount of 75.00 coming through on 8/15 twice.

I ordered New Brilliance face cream and eye serum for only the cost of shipping and handling, $9.94. It arrived April 11th, then $89.95 attempted to withdraw from my bank on April 16th. I called New Brilliance to cancel and she said she could only refund me $44.96, because it was ordered 14 days ago and the computer automatically charged my card unless I cancelled earlier. The eye serum had defective packaging and there was no way to get it out. There was no mention of the $89.95 when I ordered the product. I'm upset with this deceitful company.
