The morning of delivery to my address in Alamo, Texas I get a phone call from James at the delivery service called Parcel Logistics that his delivery van with my merchandise in it has been stopped by the cops and searched the van and found drugs on the merchandise that was shipped from this company New and Used Home Appliances. They requested $600 from me to pay the cops to let them continue to deliver the merchandise to my home. I told them them I did not have any more money to give to them. They then asked for half I told them again I did not have another $300 to give to them . I told them to cancel my order and Do Not Deliver This Merchandise To My House with DRUGS on it. Told New And Used Home Appliances I wanted my refund of $1100 back from Zelle . Christian Johnson I assume is the owner of this company said they would pay me on Nov 25 then it changed to Nov 29. I told them I needed my refund asap . I shouldn’t have to wait that long to get a refund thru Zelle. I have called and messaged this company numerous times now they are not answering any of my messages nor attempting to refund me my money, as of today Dec 7 2021 still not getting any response back from them. All I want is my $1100 back as I do not have any of the merchandise that I previously ordered due to supposedly having drugs in it coming from new and used home appliances located in San Antonio Texas . I was not in contact with any of these appliances did this marketplace transaction online . I have all text messages if needed,
