I was charged $179.84 from this unknown to me company and found their information online so I called them they claimed to be a 3rd party billing company that charges this fee for entrance into a contest, their website shows that they sell 6 items for cars but that is it and their email address was undeliverable, so it was fake. The conversation I had with Carla the support person was sketchy and she would not give me any information on the supposed contest website or 3rd party billing company. I did not authorize this transaction and wanted a refund she said that it was not possible, and I said that I wanted to speak to her supervisor in which she refused to get for me but promised a call back which never came. When I then emailed the support address for help it came back undeliverable and my only option was to file a dispute with my bank, so I did that. Everything about this company was fake and people should be aware that any company can randomly target your bank and money and steal from you without any repercussions. It is important to be aware of who can access your funds and I have since learned my lesson but hope that others can be informed by reporting this Thank you.
