I was approached with a job offer interview, 38-42/hr which led me to follow up with on Microsoft Teams, as I did a Paige Jones was there, when I clicked the hyperlink to teams, we then discussed the company and position and everything seemed to be professional at first, but then I was asked for information that I wasn't comfortable giving, like my full name, date of birth, address, email address and company I work for, I never released any critical info as far as credentials, but this is for certain a scam.

They contacted me for a remote job paying$20 per hour for training and then$37 per hour after training.

Red flags was they asked what bank I bank with and what phone carrier I use, I did not give them this info, but they have my phone number email and address. After they supposedly hired me they said they would send a check which I keep$150 for sign on bonus then take the rest to buy software from their company they do business with for years.

It is my understanding that if a business wants you to have particular software, they would but it themselves and send a link so they have control if that purchased software. This is a scam
