Product advertises on Facebook for Neurahand and Neuracurve. I ordered the Neurahand on 5/3. Received confirmation order received and money take from credit card account. They offer no phone # to get ahold of anyone. I did reach out 5/6 to check shipping status and next day received generic email saying they would check in to the order. I read several Facebook reviews that are all saying the same thing. They took money but product never shipped and had to dispute the charge with their credit card company.
