Network Systems Reports & Reviews (1)

My 92 year old aunt was fraudulently swindled out of $9,500.00 by a sweet-talking phone salesman named Dave Jackson working for Network Systems. This company sent letters for her signature with a return address of:

4801 Lane NE #110

Albuquerque, NM 87109

Phone: 800 745-6742

He convinced her to give him her credit card number and that in return he would be purchasing items to re-sell, and she would be paid commission within three months. He used her faith, and information gained through internet research to convince her also to sign releases and send back to him/Network Systems.

It seems that Ida is supposed to have agreed to a purchase of 10,000 leads for a website. She has no idea of what that meant! But she trusted the man she was speaking to over the phone.

Though the paperwork contains no contract agreement at all (though it refers to one), she was convinced by phone several times that she would be “paid” within three months. Though that first date was end of March. Then end of April. And she is still looking for a check in the mail.

When I looked up “Network Systems” online, the address above is listed as a “Virtual” address.

I have called the ScamPulse.com of WA state and they have no such company listed as doing business in the state. They did have such a company that had been listed in El Paso, TX, which is bankrupt and out of business, no phone numbers work. I believe they've just changed location. Please put these unscrupulous people out of business!

The VISA credit company accepted the charges. She'd been a good customer for years and had excellent credit. They said there had been a similar charge in the previous year, and the charges were made online. But there also should have been red flags around the amounts of charges, which were by the thousands.

The Visa card was paid off by Banner Bank. And now my aunt, who lives on very fixed monthly income, owes $10,500.

My aunt was confused by the “business” and was fooled by the person posing as a “good Christian man”. I hope this scam gets recognized for what it is and put out of business! NETWORK SYSTEMS is a scam!
