I received a phone call from a guy who sounded like he was from another country saying that my Windows 10 laptop was at risk for a security breach. He asked me to turn on the laptop, and go into the system settings or something like that. I stopped right there and told him I didn't want to do it. His voice got a little aggressive after that and he said it's my choice. We hung up. I uploaded a voice recording with the whole conversation. The phone number was from another country. He didn't provide a website. He only said that he was from Network Support.
