Called the number on their site. Set a billing account up. Followed directions to create a mobile app account. Created the account, uploaded photo of driver's license and self. Attempted to add an inmate as a contact, application rejected. Call customer service back. They requested my username and password to be able to help. What kind of sense does that make... Refused any degree of help without that information.
