I purchased a router from netgear as soon as I hooked up I lost internet there was no customer service number in any of their pkg. So I looked online to call them and got #833-781-5857 they represented themselves as netgear and had me give access to my computer to fix. They claimed I had a security issue and needed to purchase online security through walmart. Com and they would help fix. While online they were able to get my card # and password and kept charging gift cards until walmart stopped and I caught on. I have had to cancel all cards to hopefully stop them. They had charged 400 dollars i contacted walmart and we got it down to 100 .
