Referred from a router login help online service, this person said that nothing could be done with my computer till I had a router firewall installed. And he would have the repair person call me after I agreed to pay the nominal fee for it, which were only licensing fees, not fees for the work, of 129.95 USD. I declined; then, called a sure NetGear number who said that it had no record of any such help.
