Received multiple emails, of payment confirmation, invoices, shipping preparedness for the order and item shipped confirmation. The shipping confirmation email stated a tracking number will be in the email and has a link to their website to enter the tracking number on their website but never received a tracking number. When I called the company almost a month after payment the call was automated and provided no help other than a repeated message of being patient with shipping.
