Advertisement was for 2 free samples of cannativa cbd oil. Free samples never arrived. Contacted credit card company to dispute $6.97 and $6.95 postage and handling fees. These charges were credited to my account. I thought that would be the end of it. Soon I had 2 more credit card charges $89.73 and $89.92. So I contacted the credit card company again. We three way called the company and they claimed their add contained an automatic monthly charge which I never saw. They offered a partial refund and to cancel the monthly subscription. Cancelling the subscription seems to of worked but the full charges remained. I called the company using the phone number provided (855-984-9756) by the credit company. When I asked where this sales person was, I was told that they were in the Philippines and that they handled this company's business. They also told me the order was never shipped and that I couldn't have a refund since I had contacted my credit card company. I hope this complaint helps others avoid this situation. This company is sneaky and getting information about them is difficult. Key words to avoid are NERVINADETOX.COM, NERVINATESTO.COM, and CANNATIVARX.
