I saw an ad on Facebook and I purchased a Chucky doll from their site on 26/04/20. After that I never received my purchase and this is 20/06/20. I have no way to get my money back. This a scam I'm really mad. I contacted the email for customer service and I received a email back from Outlook telling me this email doesn't exist. So they made a bunch of money doing a scam like that. This is unacceptable.
