My son was interested in their product, we placed an order using his debit card. He has been working to save money and this was his first order he placed. Shipping said 5-7 days. Package supposedly was sent including tracking, but then the pkg never moved. Contacted the company via email(only way to contact) been going back and forth, they claim to make it right. It's been 3 months now and they refuse to issue a refund and he has yet to receive a product.
