I was approached by Charles Toyer who offered his lawn services. He presented himself as a new business owner who was trying to get established in my neighborhood. He had done work for one of my neighbors who provided a positive reference. We entered into a contract on 4/17/2018 for him to do 2 days worth of work. Mr. Toyer showed up 3 hours late did approx 1 hours worth of work then left. He was unreachable by phone and did not show back up the next day to finish the job per the contract. He had been paid a deposit which cleared the day that he stopped work. He showed up on 4/26/2018 and mowed/edged the lawn. 75% of the contract is still left undone. I spoke with one of my neighbors and she told me that he had approached her as well.
