Neosens website clearly states that their return policy is 30 days, and that any returns will be charged 15 euros for the return. It also states that shipment will be received within 48 to 72 hours from order. It turns out the company is in Spain. They ask the customer to pay for returns. The shoes cost $250, but the return shipping fee is $250! There is no way they can deliver the shoes to customers in the US in 48 hours if they don't have US distribution, but they require all returns to go back to Spain. It's not worth returning products, so to state that returns are accepted and will only cost 15 euros is fraudulent.
