I ordered a neon sign as a Christmas present on Dec. 15 from and they charged my debit card but I have not received the order, which was promised within 8 to 10 business days. There is no phone # listed on their website and the only way of contacting them is to email them. They keep making up excuses; the first excuse was that it was in QA and shipping in 2 days. That was over a week ago, and I sent another email asking them to let me know if it had shipped, and if it shipped to send me tracking information. I received a garbled email response today which made no sense. After reviewing their website again and comparing it with their emails, the English is very broken and appears to be written by someone unfamiliar with the English language. I think this is a scam website being run outside of the U.S.
