Ordered a shirt and a ring. The shirt came and was poor, poor quality, and the incorrect ring was sent. I emailed their support email with pictures of my order and what I received, specifically asking for a refund for the ring since the incorrect product was sent. They emailed and said that "returns are costly and time-consuming, which can result in significant losses" and then they offered a discount but provided no discount code. I emailed back saying I did not want a discount, I wanted refunded since the product I ordered did not arrive. They again emailed saying I would be discounted for my next purchase, but there was no code provided. They also would not give a specific street address or address in general for returns, making it impossible to do a return. On their website, they do not even offer a specific address; they only say they are "based in San Francisco, US" and do not offer a phone number to get in touch.

Company does not advertise they're from China. Item took one month to arrive, was very poor quality, and was misrepresented on their website. They also list a refund policy then refuse to give one.

I came across an ad on Facebook for the company, an English speaking spoke person showing a vintage tee upcycled, one of a kind, for sale. I made the purchase and it was taking so long to be delivered and had an international tracking number. I searched for the ad again and came across the original ad and it belonged to a totally different seller. I researched some more and found videos from other buyers who were also scammed. I emailed neonaboutiques and requested the return information so I would be able to prep my return as soon as I received the product. They emailed back saying to wait until I see the product. I received it and it was definitely a scam, a screen print shirt claiming to be a vintage upcycled tshirt. I have gone back and forth with this company through several emails and they refuse to give me the return information and refuse to give me my money back.

Purchased item from the Neona boutique website that claims to be a boutique in San Francisco, California. The shipping details in the FAQ state that they have warehouses in the US, UK and Canada, and the item will be shipped from one of these three locations. Once I purchased and received shipping information, I realized that this item was shipping from China. Not only did it take almost 20 days to receive my item, but it is not as described on their website. It is listed as a “one-of-a-kind” graphic tee, and what I received was a cheaply made spandex imitation. When I contacted them to receive a refund because I was dissatisfied with all of these things, they stated the item is as described and only offered me 30% off my next purchase. Which clearly will never happen. Per their website, the return policy is 30 days for a refund, but you must contact them first. They are most definitely not a boutique in California and I want to make sure other shoppers are aware.
