I bought a neon sign from this company back in December for a Christmas gift. After days of not hearing anything or receiving tracking number I was told the sign was lost and that they would send a new sign. After a month and a half beyond estimated delivery date, the sign arrived broken. I had multiple attempts to reach company with no response. Phone number keeps ringing with no answer or ability to leave message. The company does not respond to emails would not respond after multiple attempts. This is a scam company who seems to either not send you product at all, or send broken product knowing they won’t refund you.
