They send the item you've ordered but when it doesn't fit, or you need to return it for any reason, the return shipping address is in China. The cost to return it is nearly two hundred dollars. Unfortunately, even if you thoroughly read the return policy it does not state the return needs to be made to CHINA! Total SCAM!
