I ordered a watch May 31,2020 from nektomwatches.com. I received an email June 1, 2020 saying the watch had shipped. I have not received the watch and i have requested a refund with no luck.They respond to my emails saying it's in transit. The tracking information has not changed since July 5, 2020. When I asked about a refund because the tracking info has not changed the reply is the same, "it's in transit."
