I bought something back in June I been emailing them since then to give me a tracking number I never received it and all I got was the repeated message until I tried recently and it telling me that the email address no longer exists

I ordered this on March 25. I have contacted them several times and get a response from someone named Sienna Punt. She says they can't cancel or refund and they will send me a tracking #soon. That is all she says. I have sent email after email and STILL not even a tracking number.
