Neil Carson called me claiming to be from Texas Police Department saying I have a warrant out for my arrest for drugs and other things. He told me to purchase Target Gift Cards and provide him with the number from the back of the gift card. I purchased a total of $5000 on target gift cards and provided Neil Carson with the gift card information and he took all of my $5,000.
