I found an ad on Facebook for discounted clothing at Lane Bryant. I ordered $39.90 worth. The money was taken out of my bank by a company called Negoream. I didn’t realize it was a scam until I contacted the real Lane Bryant and was told there was no such order.

How do I get my money back?
