Don't recall ordering anything. Received a pkg. With a small box of baggies, like sandwich baggies. Box has writing un Chinese and American. This is so wrong. Who can we report it to ?

I was Scammed by an AD On Facebook selling an ergonomic kneeling platform on wheels & included a back support, advertised at $44.58. AD was very professional looking and included a little video with someone kneeling on it laying ceramic tile. This was on 9/16/2021 and I payed via credit card. No invoice was included in package. The company was named Needbbuy located at 14836 Guy R Brewer Blvd #A Jamaica, NY 11434 and the contact person was Gayna at [email protected]. When I contacted this email address and expressed my extreme displeasure Gayna responded offering compensation of $7.00 and requested I return the product at my expense and that I agree to the compensation. However, the package shipped was a simple foam pad that can be purchased at the Dollar store for less than $1.00. I’m sharing my embarrassment at being scammed as an example for others not to trust purchases on Facebook.
