I placed an order for the NeckRelax device on January 29, 2021. On January 30th $59.99 was withdrawn out of my bank account. I received no legitimate confirmation number and just only today which is February 25, 2021 I received a tracking number! I have been communicating by email EVERYDAY since January 30, 2021 only to get the run around. By February 10, 2021 I requested to cancel my order. My request was ignored everyday since. Now they are telling me they cannot redirect the package which says it is still in Compton, CA! After way too much time spent dealing with this company, I did find out they are in China. Do not fall for their website or products. They onl want your money!

I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge, I have contacted DHL eCommerce and USPS in hopes to have the package redirected back to the company. They do not offer free returns! I am sick and tired of these Chinese companies scamming us and are getting more clever in making their websites appear to be American!

Attached is my original confirmation which immediately alerted me something was way off!

Saw advertisement for a device to relieve neck and shoulder pain so I purchased one for myself and one as a gift. I never received the product and when I called the 1-855-378-9408 the number was not taking calls. I pulled up the address associated with the company and the company is called Prestige Alliance Limited, 48 Bi state Plaza #617, Old Tappan, NJ 07675. I would just like my money returned.

Their advertisements come across as real and look official. They are quick to charge your bank account. They send you a confirmation number and invalid tracking number. They will not respond to any correspondence.
