NeckFort.com claimed to sell good quality office chairs, chair extra wheels. When the ordered product (office chair), extra wheels) was delivered, the chair and the wheels were of very poor quality, one of the wheels deformed, chair had no foam inside the back cushion and the seat . The chair was of very bad construction and material quality. Everything was unusable. The seller had no customer service phone number. The seller refused to take the merchandise back or fullyrefund my money. The seller was stalling for time, sending me ( the customer) unhelpful emails, offering only one third of the full refund. If I refused partial refund, the seller insisted I should send everything back to Canada by myself with no prepaid return label.
