They lied on Facebook. They asked for a $1 donation for a reading and then never delivered the reading. No service provided no reading received. So I’m out $1
That’s how they get you.
They actually, without your knowledge or consent, signed you up for a $45 occurring charge that they will not refund.
There are many online forums with my same complaint. Like. Computer savvy people.
So I have been disputing this claim and I wanted to get pictures and I asked a friend to sign up. Wouldn’t you know. They changed the entire interface. Now they clearly tell you about the future charges but it is also not a $1 donation for the reading, it is now a required payment for future charges.
If that’s not guilt I don’t know what is

I ordered a report that cost 9.00. At the time I purchased the report I was never advised they were going to sign me up for a prescription that would cost 45.00 per month!!! I was able to CANCEL but not before they debited my account 45.00! They won’t return my money! How many other people are they doing this to?

I took a online quiz that was supposed to tell me my female Archetype it gave me a choice from a dollar and up asked for my email and then scanned my whole hand saying it was a palm reading. Could have wanted my prints. Then wanted my email to send my results which never came. I was told to Pick a Psychic before I could proceed. However it just took me to a chat bot with said Psychic who tells me let me shuffle my deck and answer your questions with a seemingly randomly generated answer to my question of what happened to what I ordered. Saying Oh I see I will check. Then instead of answering I got kicked out and asked for more money saying I didn't have enough credits to proceed. I originally paid a $1 amount with my Cash app and never received anything Now I feel ridiculous. I certainly wasn't going to pay again.

This company advertises their services are free. Yet they ask for money and for a method of payment once you’ve entered all your personal information. What’s free? Nothing. Why do they ask for my personal information if they know in the end it’s not a free service? What do they do with my personal information once I opt out? These people are definition of scammers. They shouldn’t be allowed to do this to people. If it’s advertised as free, it should be free. And it’s not.

This company goes by these names..and possibly others, they sell projector lights, lamps etc.
Nebula Lamp
Galaxis Projector
Velocity E-Commerce LTD
They have online sites and advertise their "products" on Facebook and I've heard Instagram.
Once you make your purchase you will get a friendly email and receipt. Then you will either get a fake tracking number or no tracking number (my experience). They WILL return your emails and blame Covid for any delays or problems but once you tell them you think it's a scam all communication will cease. I'm currently disputing my purchase with Paypal.
