Nebra ltd would advertise about their crypto hotspot miners as people put their orders in . They would take out the current model and advertise that there was an issue but will release a better newer version of the hotspot miner and how everyone is going to get the new one and gives false shipping dates or the run around excuses. Never ships no one receives it. Just false promises.

When the cryptocurrency Helium was popular I placed an order on nebra.com for a helium miner. They were on top of updating us with anything new and everything and then it slowly died down to no updates or anything at all, this is when I started to worry. I was a part of the Batch 5 orders which were "delayed", but at this point I firmly believe they are never going to fulfill the order. When I contacted them about a refund, I was told that I could not get one as the order is "processing". The order has been "processing" for nearly 2 years now and now they won't even respond to my emails/support tickets. All I want is my money refunded and my order cancelled.
