On November 18th, 2021, I purchased the Laser Pen for the $95.00 amount and received a message that it was shipped via Fedex and arrived on the 26th. Fedex never arrived and when I reached out to them to send me the tracking and proof, there was no reply. Go figure. Scam Alert. Frustrating.

Scammers and cheaters! Do not buy from them. I purchased the machine for $94 dollars whereas purchasing from Aliexpress would cost me at least twice cheaper. I asked why they did not include the repair sticker and why my machine was not shipped from the US as they claimed on the website, and Helen Jones responded me that they do not send the repair sticker. I asked why they did not ship it from the US, whether it is not authentic, and no one ever responded. I tried to post a review on their website, it did not post anything. They are scammers, be aware.

I bought this product thinking that it will help me remove dark sport and sun damage on my face and body as they advertised on their website. The company claimed they were having a sale on their $129 laser pen and selling it for $94 so I bought it and after receiving it 2 weeks later I opened the box the user manual was extremely brief and did not say anything about the product settings and instructions to use. All it said were the same claims that were on the website that this device is able to remove tattoos and age spots. I emailed customer service and got a response back 2 weeks later saying the same exact thing that was posted on the website and which does not include any instruction to use the product or any additional information on this product. The laser per emits blue light which is useless and does not do anything. The email response that I received had a manager name and company phone number of :

I called the phone number and it is disconnected fake number the company does not have a U.S. address and I have still not hear back after numerous emails that I have sent over the past 4 months

I thought I was buying the NeatCell picosecond laser. What I received in the mail was a cheap face vacuum for dermabrasion in generic wrapping, with no shipping label. I tried calling the numbers to contact someone, but no one was there. I filed a complaint with PayPal, but because they shipped a product, even though it was not the right product, my case was denied. I'm out $80. Not a terrible amount, but the entire situation was upsetting. I don't know where the company is located because there is no address listed on their website. The URL info shows the website was created on July 15, 2019 (less than 8 weeks ago) in Iowa.
