I received a message from a person who stated he was calling from a law firm regarding a debit, yet the name was not legible. The number on my caller ID was (678)257-2474, and the number left on the VM was (706)341-0076. I returned the call, the lady says I took out a loan for $500 in Year 2011, which NEVER HAPPENED ! She provided me with my social security number, and stated that I provided this company with the wrong bank account numbers so they were unable to withdraw funds, which is a major concern to me. She says they have filed papers with the courts to charge me with bank fraud.
