After a 14 day "trial period" they begin charging your credit card other fees, including $98.87 per month as a "membership fee". It is nearly impossible to track this down. The numbers provided to your card or bank are VoIP phone numbers obviously going into India.
I was able to contact someone at 844-600-0221 - I was given a return address of 1812 Burbank Blvd #557, Burbank CA 91506 and an RMA number but the address is completely different than the address provided on the website "terms and conditions" https://altojewels.com
This is a bad one - barely noticeable at this time of year as the charges are all just under $100.
