I paid $800 to have a kitten shipped to me. The next morning, I get an email saying it’s too cold and because of Covid, I need to send $1450 more for a heated carrier. They would “refund” me 90% of the carrier fee upon delivery. That’s when I knew something was wrong. I said I couldn’t afford it and return my money, but he wouldn’t. I looked up what happened and discovered it is a scam that others have used.
