This company disguises itself as a local shih tzu breeder. Joseph sent us photos and videos of the puppy along with his history and details about his demeanor etc. Having just lost our own beautiful shih tzu we were hoping to bring another puppy into our home to help mend our hearts. Joseph sent us the contract and instructions on how to make payment through zelle and even did a very short video chat through google duo on the morning the puppy was supposed to be shipped. He text me as soon as the puppy was supposedly dropped off and told me to stay near my emails because tracking was coming. Immediately I received not only tracking but an email advising that the crate is not an approved crate and in order to get the puppy we would have to pay an additional amount of almost $1500 to purchase an approved crate. By the time we realized what was happening it was too late to recall the zelle payment. He tried to make us believe there was a puppy sitting in a crate at a shipping company somewhere but we already figured out it was a scam.
